Along the way, my focus shifted from “designing spaces” to helping leaders and project teams get clarity first, creating strategic design briefs for how the business needs to operate, how the team actually works day to day, and what the workspace really needs to support.
I’ve facilitated workplace surveys, workshops, and briefing processes that explore not just desk numbers and meeting rooms, but culture, behaviour, communication, and change.
