• gain valuable feedback from the users of various spaces to help identify areas of concern

• increase staff buy-in by allowing them to offer their opinions

This editable google form has 55 questions to measure the performance of your workplace in 6 key areas: The Physical Environment, Image + Brand Alignment, Personal Workspace, Support Facilities, Functionality + Efficiency, Meeting Rooms + Shared Space.

It is recommended you run this multiple times throughout the project to measure success... before, immediately after occupation of the new premises, and again around 6 months later once everyone has settled in to the new space.
